league :a group of people ,countries,ect.who have joined together to project or improve their position,or to bring about a particular result.联盟,同盟
society:an organization or club of people with similar aims ,interests,etc社团.协会,这里一般指大学里的学生社团
association an organization of people joined together for a shared purpose 协会.社团.一般指比较大点的团体,不是学校的那种
……个人觉得是society
至少我们学校这里都是用society
另外死亡诗社就叫Dead Poets Society
